Best-in-Class BPM/Workflow Add-On for GP 2013?

I am interested in putting most of my client's manual workflow processes into a best-in-class automated workflow system. I am very familiar with what the Savvion product (now managed by Aurea) can do. I've also helped design order taking systems where there are "events" associated with each step of the process. An example of one of the processes I am currently looking to "automate" goes like this: a form (yes, on paper) goes from person A to person B to person C (in a specific order) until it gets to the last part of that flow (Person D) and then the information on the form is considered "complete" and "approved". I want jeopardy timers for each step in the flow so that if someone doesn't complete their "event" within a certain timeframe, a reminder email goes out. Some of the steps/events within the flow involved people completing certain data fields on the form. Some of this data I want to have automatically sent over into GP. I have TONS of other lower-level details. But that is the gist. The workflow I see in my client's instance of BP isn't robust enough. So... any suggestions?

I used their contacts feature to ask if they support GP 2013. Here is the list on their site -

Okay, I had to dig deep for this one...

Many years ago, at the 2007 Convergence conference in San Diego, there was a vendor who was demonstrating a very comprehensive workflow solution that fully integrated into Dynamics GP. It was quite impressive, with a visual workflow orchestration designer and tons of features. I would consider what I saw a best in class solution.

After digging through hundreds of old business cards, I took a fifth look through my email from 2008 to find the name, but here it is:

I don't know if they have changed their focus in the last 7 years, but I would check with them to see if their solution might be an option.

I'd be interested to hear what you find.

What sorts of workflows are you looking to create? The new workflow system in GP 2013 R2 supports purchase orders, requisitions, hrm time cards, and project time sheets.

I am confused because Workflow is not part of BP as it is separate. From what you are descripting all of this case be done with GP's Workflow.
