No 'Create Activities' dialog box appears at end of email mail merge on list members?

Dear All,

(Sorry for my English)

One of my clients experiencing a strange issue. When they use mail merge, the Create Activities dialog do not appear. We use CRM 2011 update roll up 13 on the server an in the client we use update roll up 10. The other computer that use roll up 10 works, only one computer experiencing this issue.

    The Create Activities dialog window only shows up when you start the mail merge from the CRM Outlook Client, when you start it from the web browser it will not appear.

    Would you confirm that the 'problem' computer is initiating the merge from the Outlook Client.

    Yes, we are using outlook client. The email was send successfully, but it is not creating activities. Here is the log that shows an error when i use tracing in outlook.

    HideGridPlate() Plate successfully removed.

    After i compared with another log, i found out that a process that called  track activities is missing. (The following address cannot be found on the tracing log

    Re-install the CRM for outlook solve the issue..
