Is it possible in D365 Commerce or Product Information Management to set a maximum period (e.g 60 days) that an item can be returned/refunded on the MPOS?
My assumption is there would be a setting on the Released Product/product variant, you could set the maximum period the item can be refunded?
or on the Commerce product hierarchy under the Sell product properties?
Alternatively a setting on the POS functionality profile?
The "Channel return policy" only restricts the payment method valid for a refund.
