The value "CurrentUOM" is not found in map error when performing Purchase Receipt with WMS Warehousing app

Hi,

I'm trying to perform a PO receipt of a WMS enabled item using the WMS mobile app and encounter the error message "The value "CurrentUOM" is not found in map".

The License Plate is enabled and it is manually entered during receiving. A Load is used for the PO created with packing structures defined.

Updated: I found that this only happens when I have packing structures defined in my Load. If packing structures are not used, there is not issue.

So far I've tried restarting the environment but the error message persist. Does anyone have any idea if I'm missing any setup?

Hello Bryan,

Is the error reproducible in Contoso environment.

Kindly validate the Unit sequence group defined for the product and whether you have unit conversion defined for all the unit in Unit Sequence group.

Kindly confirm receiving process is it Item or LP, share the snap of same. This error does not seems to be standard, do you have any customization on Mobile APP / Registration process.

Yes, I've got the Unit Sequence Group setup to Each only. Without Unit Sequence Group, there will be an error at the point of PO entry. I also tried using conversions of PL to Each but got the same error.

I tried both LP receiving and Item receiving. Both have this issue after entering the LP number. If I had the LP on auto generation mode, there is no error. There are no customizations as this is a fresh environment.

To add on what others suggested, you can also try debugging by placing breakpoint in through below method which is used to display info messages in warehouse app :

any customizations done in receiving?

What are the inventry and purchase UOM for the item and what is shows in inventory transaction for the PO lines?

No customization and all uom are set to each so no conversions at all

in that case, try to do a full DB sync and one more clean build and suggest
