The error message in the event pointed out does not say much other than what the OPOS standard Result code is specifying:
106 - OPOS_E_ILLEGAL - An illegal parameter or process, or unsupported function is specified.
There are further errors and warnings logged before this event that need to be reviewed, best in a remote session to check on the configuration for identifying plausible causes. Please consider to raise a support case to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce team and add important information like the printer model and OPOS driver version in place.
