Configuring Export to data lake plug-in issue

Hi all,

Currently i am setting up export to data lake plug-in in LCS, the current status of the plug-in is as under.

I am not able to export the data from D365F&O.

    Hi Eng.khan,

    Do you get error messages? Or is your issue that the status is not progressing? If so, check if your user account is having administrator privileges on the Dataverse/Power Platform environment.

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for your respond, it is showing me the following error in D365F&O.

    The administrator has also re-installed the plug-in, but still same issue arise.

    Hi Eng.khan,

    As mentioned in the Public Document, this is probably failing due to issues with configuration.

    Validating the following should probably help you resolve this

    > Checking if values of tenant ID, Keyvault URL and app-id, app-secret, and Storage account name are correct.

    > Validate in the key vaults, if you have any firewall configured.

    Please do let us know your findings on the forum.

    I have configured the plug-in right as per the link send by you.

    there is not firewall been configured at all.

    In that case, can you check if:

    1. The Application ID (Service Principal) provided by you has all the roles assigned in the storage account.
    2. The application Secret has expired
    3. The subscription used for the Application has expired
    4. Check installing one last time (because who knows if it's 3d time lucky )

    If all these basic checks are complete, I would suggest you reach out to Microsoft Support so that they can have a closer look at this.
