Hi,

Has any one integrated Dynamics CRM with CIC(Call center solution from Interactive Intelligence). Any pointers will be of great help. I am mainly looking for the integration points from CIC. I am aware of the solution if CIC has any integration points to Popup a url.

I am not looking for additional add on's from third party or the USD kind of solution provided by Avtex for CRM.
