I am having trouble getting a button configured to run an on demand workflow. I have followed the instructions from Scott Durow found here: https://ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/132235-create-a-workflow-short-cut-ribbon-button-no-code. Didn't realize the order mattered. I changed SelectedEntityTypeName to SelectedEntityTypeCode because TechNet says Name is being deprecated. Let me try your suggestions.

List and types of parameters are critical. Compare your and Scott's definitions:

As a first parameters you have to pass SelectedControl instead of SelectedControlSelectedItemReferences that should be passed as second.
Also I noticed that you pass SelectedEntityTypeName instead of SelectedEntityTypeCode - change this as well.
