Dynamics 365 / SharePoint Customer Portal

Looking for a Documentation Portal based on D365/SharePoint or a separate platform. It needs to support assigning resources like a driver or document to a Product, then assigning that Product to a Customer. The customer should be able to login to view those those products and assigned resources (Files, Documents etc)

Would like something out of the box, and not custom if possible. I did look a D365 Portals but they don't have the level of configuration needed.

Thank you for your suggestions and have a great 2021!!!

I think you can save the documents used in Dynamics 365 to SharePoint.

Will your request be fulfilled by linking Dynamics 365 with SharePoint by referring to the following article?

If there was a specific thing or things the Dynamics Portals were missing, let me know, maybe I can provide more answers/options.

    Mike,

Thanks! I will give it a try to see if I can make it work.

What was missing from the Dynamics/Power Apps portals?  To me, this sounds like a portal with Field Service (assets/products), but not totally necessary to use FS.  I've found them pretty flexible, yes some new tables/fields, but very limited needs past that.
