Where can I find the vb developer tools for Dynamics SL 2015? We need to convert our screens from Dynamics SL 2011 to Dynamics SL 2015.

It is part of the SL 2015 software installation media. Instructions for installing the SDK are included in the Installation.pdf file.

You can find it in the following path where Dynaimcs SL Installed server.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DynamicsSL
or
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\DynamicsSL
