Hello all,

As I was trying to attach a file in Dynamics NAV 2016 in a 64 Bit Win 8, 10 and Win 11, I was getting this error mentioned in subject line despite registering comdlg32.ocx, using

regsvr32 c:\Windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx

regsvr32 c:\Windows\SysWOW64\comdlg32.ocx

I got a fix hope it is of any use, there is x86 or 32bit exe in the installation folder, please go to the properties and try to run as administrator with compatibility mode for Win 8 and I have resolved the issue
