is there any way to show previous price and current price (after discount) on product label or shelf
i mean i want both price show on one of them (product label or shelf)

Are you using retail module?
it depends on where you hold the undiscounted sales price and how you decide/where you hold the discount price.
The RetailLabel SSRS reports offers two built-in Designs: RetailLabel.A4Landscape3X5_ItemReport and RetailLabel.A4Portrait3x5_ShelfReport
You can customise those to add the necessary fields and to pull in the relevant from where it is held.

you need to create a new report and customize the class to call your custom report
