I have a customer who wants to use the ScanPal2 for counting inventory. The trouble I am having is that it seems to add a zero on UPC-A when the barcode begins with a zero and this fouls the import process. Does anyone have experience w/ this device and/or the application generator?

sound like you need to turn off the system digit (leading number) for EAN13/UPCA. Check the following pdf user guide www.honeywellaidc.com/.../00-02849%208-01.pdf
