Hi All,
We are re-implementing a CRM solution for a customer and as part of it are supposed to migrate existing Data to newly created org.
Both orgs are D365 9.0 versions and we have to migrate the following entities:
- Account
- Contact
- Cases
- Activities
I am new to Data migration and kingswaysoft tool as well and this the strategy I am following, please let me know if there's anything else also which I have to take care of and is missing from the list:
- Get all accounts
- Get all contacts
- Update contacts with Account lookup
- Update Accounts with primary contact lookup
- Get all Cases
- set customer relationship
- Get all Activities
- Attach to Case etc
Is there anything else I have to take care of here? Like SLAs, resolved cases etc or just setting the lookups, statecodes on these entities same as Source org will do the job.
