Post Button is disabled for Customer Payment Journal in D365

I have created a payment journal for a customer. and approved it through the workflow
I have validated the jounal and it said ‘ok’.

But the Post button is not enabled.

Please let me know why it is not enabled and how to enable it?

Hi Sai,

Your workflow may not be in "Completed" status. Could you please check the workflow history?

Hi Sai, In addition to Dogan' response, if workflow is Completed and your user does not have System Administrator role then check if your role has 'Post customer payment journal transactions' security privilege.

workflow is in completed status and post customer journal transaction security privilege is already added to user
