Hey everybody,
I wonder if someone can help me to solve this issue.
I have workflows that are when triggered, they send emails. However, the email is always sent twice whenever the workflow is triggered.
I read that this might me cause by setting more than one trigger, but some workflows only have one trigger, so I don't think this is the problem.
Anyone has suggestions ???

Workflow processes execute twice under the following conditions:
1) The workflow is triggered to start both when Record is Created or Record Fields Change AND
2) A new record is created that also sets a value for one of the fields identified in the Record Fields Change list.
Hi Yasemeen,
When a field changes, see how many sessions get started. If you have more than one, then you may have multiple triggers. Also open the view link next to Record field change. See if there are more than one field selected. Try selecting only one field.
