Portal Terms and Conditions doesn't work

Hello everyone !

I'm facing an issue with the CRM Dynamics Portal.

In fact, I have to implement the Terms and Conditions page to respect RGPD.

I have followed this tuto whithout Authentication/Registration/TermsPublicationDate

But when I login in my portal, the TermsAndConditions page doesn"t appear, I'm directly redirected to the profile page.

And also, when I go to the url "~/TermsAndConditions" the terms and conditions appear. That means that it works.

Can you please tell me why I don't have the redirection to TermsAndConditions page when I login or create a new contact.
