Error when using Service Calendar

These are the two error messages I am getting when trying to schedule a service activity.  I have set up my services, resources, sites, work hours for the users, and am trying to set this particular activity for a specific time/date.  What am I missing or leaving out??  Any and all help would be appreciated.

Greg

1.)  "The resources available for the selected dates/times do not meet the minimum resource requirements for this service."

2.)  "Service selection rules for the required resource 'User Name' cannot be met.  To see selection rules, open the record for this service."

    I made the same error!

    If you assign some users to your site you will be able to select them.

    Go to a specific user and in the site drop down select a site.

    When you say assign a user to a site are you refering to the Org. Information section in the user profile?  If so, I have assigned the user to a site - and still have these error messages to deal with.  If I am not assigning the user to a site the correct way, please inform me.  Thank you.

    Make Sure the Service and the User are in the same site. I would suggest checking the calendar of each user to make sure that the working day is set to something sensible. Thats all I did and it worked! I set the service to Any Site and this picked up who I wanted.
