Hello,
I am attempting to access the Report Writer and am getting a message "other users are using report writer"
I had all users log out and made sure that the following tables were clear:
ACTIVITY, SY00800 AND SY00801
There is some reference to "temp" files possibly causing the issue.
Could you help provide more details to a resolution?

Hello, I customized the PM TB with Options summary report. The instructions were for the detail but I got it to run. I am missing the header for the 91+ bucket I added and the amount isn't bolded. Any thoughts on those issues?

I would follow the instructions that you have for the detail trial balance and move the additional aging buckets into the report.
Note that they are 2 different reports the detail and summary HATB's.
I am actually going to work a quick mod to add an aging bucket to the Historical Summary TB. The Historical Detail TB already has it. Is there a quick way to get it to the Summary from the Detail? I have the following article to reference

Also, do as I suggest, make a copy of your reports.dic file and work there until you fully test out your modifications.
Once you are satisfied, move the report into the production reports.dic file. Easy enough to do with the Customization Maintenance functionality.

Most likely there is a lock on the reports.dic file.
My personal favourite way to remove these locks would be to reboot the server that the reports.dic file is on.
Nothing like giving the server a fresh start.
If you reports.dic file is also on your SQL server then restarting will also clear the temp files in SQL as well.
As a note of caution, you shouldn't work in your production reports dictionary while users are on the system as the reports.dic file can become corrupted.
Best practice is to make a copy and for development and create a new set file to point to this development reports.dic file for new reports or modifications.
When fully tested you can roll the new or modified report into the production reports.dic file.
