    Hi KingswaySoft Team,

The issue was related to the the time zone. I changed my pc time zone to that of CRM and the time to 5 minutes backwards.

    Now its connecting.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Akhil,

Thank you for the screenshot. The error “TrustFailure: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure” seems to be a problem with the certificate validation when connecting to CRM.

Can you please try to launch the URL  (disco.crm8.dynamics.com/.../Discovery.svc) using a browser on this machine and see if you get any certificate error? The error message displayed on the browser may help you fix the certificate error.

To quickly bypass this error, you can enable the “Ignore Certificate Errors” on the Advanced Settings page. Please note that this is generally NOT recommended, particularly for production instance. Unless there is a strong reason to believe the connection is secure - such as the network communication is only happening in an internal infrastructure, this option should be unchecked for best security. Note that this option applies to all web requests in the same session.

Therefore, this is more likely an infrastructure issue and you probably want to talk to your IT team to see if they can help you get the certificate installed and fix this problem.

You can reach out to our support team directly at support@kingswaysoft.com if you have any trouble.

    Thank you,

    KingswaySoft

    Hi Akhil,

Thank you for trying out our software! Integrating Quotes should be similar as the other entities. For Quote Lines however, unfortunately we currently do not support writing Quote Lines to NAV. The only way to make this work is to add support for child objects at the Quotes Level, which is something we may implement in future releases. Our team will keep you posted on any further updates.

Please let us know if we can be of any other assistance.

    Thank you,

    KingswaySoft
