Hello,
We have a client who would like to have managers approve Purchase Quotes as part of abPurchase Requisition Process. Since this will be the only task with Business Central, we were going to use the Team Member license.
Based on the available Microsoft documentation that is out there, it looks like this should be possible to have a team member user license approve a task as part of an approval process. Here is what is stated in the Team Member permission documentation:
- Approve or reject tasks in all workflows assigned to the user
However, when we tested a Team Member license approving a task, here is the error we are receiving:
To make this financially viable, we need to be able to use the Team Member license. How do we do this?
