Could not find a property named '_responsiblecontactid_value' on type 'Microsoft.Dynamics.CRM.incident'.

We are using MS CRM 9.0 online and implemented CRM for mobile application, all the entities are working fine except for Case entity. We have a web resource which is pulling  Primary contact field value from the organization look up field. This web resource is working as expected on the web forms but for some reasons the web resource is not working on mobile forms. Its not pulling that primary contact on to the case form and I'm getting following error while trying to open case records.

I tried all the ways to resolve this issue and could not find a work around, any leads would be appreciated.

    The below Navigation property is what you are looking for:

    <NavigationProperty Name="contact_as_responsible_contact" Type="Collection(mscrm.incident)" Partner="responsiblecontactid" />

    So try this: contact_as_responsible_contact instead of _responsiblecontactid_value

    Hi Arun, thank you for the response.

    I'm kind of like confused here, where do I have to make these changes? I have Primary Contact field on the Case form with the field schema name = responsiblecontactid, when I try to replace it with contact_as_responsible_contact I'm getting web resource exception because I don't have that field on the form but its the name of the relationship.

    From above statement I was assuming - You may have a web api call to pull the data & bind it, check it.

    Hi Arun,

    I tried all the ways and its still the same thing, I'm getting the same error even after disabling that web resource on web forms.

    Do you happen to have some work around on this issue?
