Can a join source property be cyclic when more than 4 data sources present in form ? If yes , provide a example .
No, making an infinite loop of join doesn't make sense.

good evening Mr.Martin. I would like to explain you in detail, so that i'll find a solution.
As you can see i have 4 tab pages which is actually 4 data sources. can i assign the join source property of eventowner --> eventmaster , and tickerprice --> eventowner , agentticketllocated--> ticketprice , so that when i select a record in a tab page its respective other tab page will show relevant data?
It's not me who needs to explain his requirements in details. It's you.
If you want to EventOwner once as parent data source and once as a child data source of TickerPrice, you'll need two data sources for EventOwner table.
