When searching Knowledge Articles from the quick find, I am getting the following error:
System.NullReferenceException
This is on CRM 2016 on premise and this also happens in the base version of CRM. Note that Knowledge Articles has to be manually added to the site map. Searching when using the Interactive Service Hub does work - it is only within the standard CRM interface where I am seeing this error. Has anybody else experienced this and found a resolution? Thank you!
