Is it possible for me to assign access to this window for our Purchasing manager? If so how would i go about doing that?
We are trying to motivate and encourage our procurement team to take the initiative to maintain, clean up and move old PO's that are closed or cancelled to history. Currently only Power user (sa) has this access, given my other responsibilities I do not have the bandwidth to do so. Is it possible for me to move a range or unique closed/ cancelled PO to history through SQL?
Is it possible that I can assign this window to a particular user such as the Purchasing manager?

It looks like the Remove Completed Purchase Orders window is included in the ADMIN_PURCH_005* security task by default. You could potentially assign this to the Purchasing Manager role. The task does include some other windows including the utilities that can remove data so I'm not sure if that would be the best option. Usually in these cases I would create a whole new Security Task ID and just add the Remove Completed Purchase Orders window to it and then assign that to the Security Role.
