I am trying to delete a Sales Transaction Batch that has no transactions in it. When I hit delete, I receive a warning that 'This batch is being edited by another user'. This is not the case. There are no other users. How do I delete this?

Hi,

Look on Customer Source for the collection of tools called 'Automated Solutions'... there you'll find a utility to resolve this problem "Document Edited by Another User" (ClearDexSession).
