I would like to know the implications of not associating a User with a Worker. I'll explain myself. I need to create users that should refer to the same worker, but the system doesn't allow me to have one worker associated with two different users. So, I'm guessing if I let my second user without a worker association which implications could it have? This second user will be a temporary user with Admin rights to do some specific task, and not a permanent user. Thank you !

Hi AnnabellR,
I see. If the second account is used for system admin tasks then you are right that there should not be a problem.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hello Ludwig; This second account will be used by regular users performing system administrator tasks, as changing setups or working on interfaces. So it will be a temporary access. They won't be doing timesheets or requisitions or approving/posting transactions. As I see it, it won't be a problem for the user not to be associated with a worker, but I wanted to be sure.
Hi AnnabellR,
If your user is not associated with a worker you cannot do things like recording project time sheets, approve transactions, etc.
Why is it that a user needs to be associated with more than a single worker?
Best regards,
Ludwig
