Based on custom page dropdown value optionset in entity should change

I have a custom page where i have an dropdown having values A1, A2, A3 and also i have an option set whose values are x1,y1,z1

When i select A1 value on custom page, based on that optionset values x,y should visible, if selected value is A2 optionset values should visible as y,z

I have the same question (0)
