Multiple bookings are creating in single time slot for the resource in Field Service.

Hi sir/madam,
 
From Web API request, we are creating bookings for the resources automatically.
When multiple end users are calling web api at a time(concurrently), Multiple bookings are creating in single time slot for a particular resource in Field Service eventhough user has single time slot and capacity one. This issue occurs for concurrency requests only.
How to restrict the multiple bookings for single time slot resource  from web api- call. It should work first come first serve. First user should be able to create booking. next users should receive error message booking exceeds and it should not create booking.

    According to this official document, you can use the ParallelOptions.MaxDegreeOfParallelism Property to define the maximum number of concurrent tasks.

    You can create a plugin for duplicate detection. So, when a booking is created the system will check if another booking exists for the relevant time slot, and if yes it will throw an error.

    Yes we have plugin logic in place. Still we are receiving this issue when users request's (concurrently) in the same time for the same resource and same slot.
    If there is some delay in between the requests(like more than 5 secs), then no issue, its not creating multiple bookings.
