    Zaheer,

Thanks for the update.  I wish we knew exactly what fixed it.

My guess would be something related to the alternate access mapping.  We've seen trouble in the past where SharePoint and BP aren't in sync about the URL serving the information.

    Thanks

    Thanx Bob

I was able to fix the issue. Then I tested my technique two or three times by removing and reinstalling bp and it works ok for each time. I did the following and do not know which step has solved this problem.

    1. I loged in to another server on the same domain and then from that domain I connected to Sharepoint server by remote desktop and removed pb, deleted previou site. At each step I have run iisrest.

    2. I created new site and in site collection I did not use any further name so my web services site is http://SPServer.mydomain.com : port  before I have to use like http://SPServer.mydomain.com : port /sites/GPWebServices

    3. As my GP +SSRS server is different than Sharepoint and KPIs were not displaying so I have used kerberos and it is workig fine.

I am not sure but I think that as I using my laptop to connect my work also from out side of domain by using VPN so looks some think goes wrong during installation if I direct connect to Sharepoint Server from my laptop using VPN.

    Zaheer,

You may need Kerberos to support your end users if your intention is to use Windows authentication.  Without Kerberos, the hop from the SharePoint server to the SQL server will not be made as the end user.  It will be made as "anonymous".

I'm guessing your "Page not Found" error is specific to your environment.  Working through with support as Jonathan recommended is likely the best option.

    Thanks

    Rob

I did not find option in on  MBS portal to submit a case. It referes to Communites and KB etc. I did installation of all component on a brand new server and stil the same problem.

At this point I would recommend you open a support case as this issue is too complicated for the forums.

Thank you for reply. I have deployed Kerebors because KPIs centers were not displaying charts. Using kereberos has fixed the error" The request failed with HTTP status 401 unathorized" .  I have changed IIS athentication from kereberos to NTL by using Central Administration -> Athentication provider but still it is same problem HTTP 404 page cannot found. I am going through very hard time.

    Hi Zaheer,

First you don't need Kerberous setup as SQL and SRS are on the same box. Can you access BP on Server 1? If so then the issue is with Kerberous and how your environment is setup. I would remove it as it should not be needed.
