Business Process Flow missing "Next Stage" button

Hi All

I have a business process flow with several stages, spanning a few entities. I have a condition within the workflow so users see a different stage if a certain condition is met. When users enter this stage the only option they have left is to "finish" when it should say "next stage" and carry on through the process.

What could cause this strange behaviour??

    sure, i have blanked out the sensitive names. Basically i get stuck in the bit with the red circle with the only option to finish! rather than join back up to the original process and continue with "next stage"11783.process.PNG

    perhaps you can try to remove the connector and connect again.

    i could try but i dont think it will make any difference. What version of CRM do you have there?

    Hi,

    I am using v8.2 on prem. Since you are using online, if you still cannot resolve this problem, raise a ticket to Microsoft asap.
