I need a help regarding how to update computers with Hotfix for RMS, if we have 30 computers per each branch. What Software I can use to update hotfix in all computer or across the network which have RMS installed on each computer?

Okay, But if the RMS Hotfix sometimes searching for the installer CD what I can do it?

you have to run the hotfix on each computer that has RMS installed.

You can possibly do the through MS System Center, or another domain wide management framework. It might be possible to also deploy through active directory...

You might have to unpack the installer and write some routines or code for the update.

you can use UniExtract for the unpack if needed.
