I have two users who appear to have to have same permissions. When they both open up the same Sales History report and attempt to use the "Send To" button, they get different options in the "Choose file type..." dialog.
User A:

Can someone explain why this is happening? I want to give User A all the same options as User B.
Hi, is this a custom report? I didn't find it in the standard reports, maybe I missed something.
Anyway, it looks like different layout types of the same report.
For example,

RDLC Layout:
So please check if the two users are using the same layout.
