Hi,
I wonder if it is possible to connect the clients with a softphone VOIP to track and click and call , phones from crm ?
Did anyone done that ?

Yes - it is. As long as you have a TAPI 2.x compatible API you can use www.powerobjects.com/.../powerphone
So i can install a TAPI to the client computer , and integrate it with any softphone or i have to install a solution such as powerphone in order to integrate it with CRM ?
