Workflow warning while posting work order journal

Hi All,

I am facing one issue in work order form ,

when I select any work order and from the action pane if I select journal under project then there opens a new form,

Then opens the work order journal if I create any expense line then click on post journal

it gives the below error message the error if fine it is regarding some kind of set up, what I am really concerned about is that work flow warning we haven't made any set up for the workflow still getting the workflow message,

I tried to debug I placed the debugger in info-> add method the warning is not being catched so not sure what to do, how to figure it out which workflow is configured or is it really configured

"Journal JNL-000XXXXXX cannot be posted because the journal has been submitted for workflow approval and it is not approved."

Hi, You can check all workflow configurations from System Administration-->Workflow-->All workflow configurations

This error gets triggered from below method
