I have been able to successfully configure Analytics for Dynamics Marketing by following this guide. We would like to lock down the storage account by enabling the firewall, but every time we enable the firewall the analytics export is stopped due to connectivity issues. We can confirm it is a firewall issue as after disabling the firewall the export restarts correctly. After turning on logging on the storage blob I can see that the data is being written from a private IP address (10.0.1.x)
I have enabled "Allow Azure services on the trusted services list..." option without success. How can we turn the firewall on the storage account as it is not possible to include a private IP address in the exception list?
Hi Nya,
Thanks for your response. I have previously tried this, but it doesn't resolve the issue. Access to our storage account is still blocked as soon as the account firewall is enabled again.
