Hi everyone!

I've been trying to make automatically tracking email responses work in Marketing Campaigns but i can't make it happen.

Emails are sent , the users reply to the emails but they are not appeared in the Responses of the Campaign.

Anyone know how to make it work?

Also , is it possible to track if a user has opened the email ? This way i would know the interest of the users.

Thanks a lot !

    Hi,

You cannot track opened mails with crm, but ClickDimension an addon, helps you to track opened mails, end clicked mails etc

Dynamics Marketing, will not be commercialised by Microsoft.

    Hi Shak,

Apart from the Click Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing can also be leveraged as a marketing tool for tighter integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Also if you just wanted to use CRM then you can leverage the out of the box workflows to create a campaign response whenever a new email gets created and tracked into CRM.

This would mean that all emails that are tracked will result to automatic creation of Marketing Responses. Even the emails exchanged in Outlook that are tracked. I want only the emails that are created from a campaign response , and to be able get the replies

So there is no way to automatically create Campaign Responses ? I thought that when the campaign sends the emails and users reply , that the replies would be tracked to the Campaign Responses . The only way is to create the Campaign Email Response manually ??
