Overconsume when "Flushing principle=Finish" and "Constant/Variable scrap>0"

Dear team,

The formula of one product ("Alpha") contains an item ("Beta") with the following configuration:

  • Quantity per series=1
  • Unit=pcs (Decimal precision=0)
  • Flushing principle=Finish
  • Variable scrap=2%

So, in a PO with quantity=100, the estimated consume of beta is 102 (100*1*1.02).

We report as finished 25 units of alpha; a picking list's line of 26 units of beta (the rounded result of 0.25*102, that is, 25.5) is posted. We will not be able to repeat the operation three more times, because, in this case, the total consumption of beta would exceed the picked quantity of that item (26*4=104; 104>102).

Is there any way to solve that situation? The manual adjustment of the picking list is not an option.

Thank you in advanced.
