Opt out subcription center works sometimes and sometimes not?

Hi all,

I have a question about subsciption center forms.

I have created a subscription center. We are using external portal (CMS). I have authenticate our domains for this, both head domian and sundomains.

I have then created a subscription list or a segment, I have created a email with a subcription center link on it, I create a customer journey with a content setting.

And I have send this journey to the contacts that have subscribes on the newsletter (some has opt in to a subscription center opt form for opt in, some has been added manual. All have consent given level 5.

When some of the contacts open this link on the email the form cannot find what the person subcribes on. It cannot find the id.. Both for some it works.

And for some contacts they need to load the form twice because of an error on the form. And then the form appears...

Why is the form acting so strange?

Hi Camilla,

this might happen if cookies are disabled on a user side (so the system has no info on user id and can't display relevant info on subscriptions).

We're working to make all subscriptions and unsubscriptions not dependent on cookies.

If cookies are enabled, I'd propose to create a ticket - as the behavior you've described needs further investigation
