EFT remittances not sending. Getting error referencing DynamicsGP_MSGraphEmail.log file

Hello all,
 
After the GP 2023 YE update our EFT Remittances are not sending properly  Some do go through but most are not.  Example:  In a batch of 86, only 13 were sent.  Email trace shows no record of missing remittances.  User is getting this message which I have never seen before and I cannot locate this log anywhere.  Has anyone ever seen this message before and if so, where is this log file?
 
Note:  The gpmfaapp in Entra is showing no authentication failed errors.

    Did you look in the %TEMP,% folder for the log file on the workstation getting the error?

    Thanks David,  We went through the those steps in the linked blog post last year on 18.5.  After the 18.6 upgrade I was prompted to consent on behalf or org in GP again, which I was not expecting but did so.  All settings for msgraph in Entra look correct.  I'm debating just removing Msgraph from Entra and setting it up again.  Running out of options here.
     
    Note: We are running GP on a terminal server, no sign of that referenced log file there or on user workstation

    Workaround from MS...This is Bug 94399: Email will fail when the TO and BCC are populated but CC is left blank with MSGraphEmailSendEmail error message after 18.6 upgrade. We have this forum in which this was confirmed by one of our partners: https://community.dynamics.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=73dffb9d-819f-ee11-be37-6045bda7c912 and as it mentions this is targeted to be fixed in the mid-year update (June/July 2024).
     
    In the meantime, we have determined that this only happens when the CC field is empty, but the BCC is populated:
     
    1. Only To: filled in.  succeeded
    2.  Both To and CC filled in. succeeded
    3.  To and BCC, but no CC.  Failed with the MSGraph Error.
    4.  To and BCC and CCsucceeded
