63Hi All,
When I looked up this error, there were suggestion that this is a security issue. So, I assigned Brad Sutton to the Budget Manager role and assigned him to USMF and USSI,
Apparently, this is not the solution; because the Responsibility center is still blank; I still have error. I've tried to add Budget Manager role to myself which is the System Admin, and assigned organization to my name, attach my name to the Budget plan preparer, result, error remains. Could someone please suggest on how to fix this? Thanks so much!
