SMTP Server for mass sending vendor remittances

In Dynamics GP 2018 18.5 is it possible to send vendor email remittances using another SMTP Service like SMTP2GO.

Are there articles or guidance on how to configure in Dynamics GP?

    I'm not familiar with SMTP2GO.
     
    For clients who have Google Mail or other non-Exchange email services, Getting one Office (Microsoft) 365 license is usually the easiest way to go.  (There are ways to then relay from the O365/M365 account and the client's email but I have not been involved in that part.)
     
    The less-desirable way would be to use Outlook Desktop and the SMTP configuration that SMTP2GO describes at Setup - SMTP2GO.

    If you're already using MS365 and Exchange Online for company email, you can set up a direct connection to Exchange Online and then all MFA and email weirdness just goes away.
     
    You'd need to get a static IP from your ISP. Then in Exchange Online, you set up a relay between Microsoft and your organization using that static IP.
     
    Once you do that, you can send everything through the SMTP server you get from Microsoft -- yourorganization-com.mail.protection.outlook.com.
     
    No separate account or username or password required.
