Please let anyone help me.

If the USD is running , any other application cant be used . As I am not able to use my Excel.

Kindly help asap.

    Firstly I would check the memory usage on your computer, just to rule out that you aren't running short.

    Is this happening on all desktops? Or just one. If one, I would next try an uninstall and re-install of USD.

    Otherwise I would suggest you raise a support ticket with Microsoft as this certainly isn't normal behaviour!
