Is there a third party out there that would handle the creation of RMA's? I have two situations - one using the standard Inventory, Purchasing and OM and the other using Project with Flexible Billings.
The client would like a way to track their returns.

They currently aren't processing returns, this is something they are looking into doing. They are using PO but only for Services for Project so I'm not sure OM would work.

Are the returns processed through the Sales Order screen, and the related project is open? Our client used to avoid project related returns through OM. Once they reopened closed projects before processing the RMA, the OM return would update all tables.
They ran invoices through OM; I'm not sure of the impact on Flex Billings.
