Out of the box there is not standard BC approval workflow for this kind of record. Instead the PO's that are created you could send for approval
Or you could use Power Automate to meet the requirement -
This is more simplistic as no record restriction is placed on the batch, but still usable along with clear business process documentation
You could add the approval to the Batch or the Line records
Example simplistic approval flow -
NB if you personalise the instant flow action onto the main toolbar when visiting the Req. Wksh. Names page from the Req. Wksh. Templates page, it is then also visible from the assist edit on the batch directly from the Req. Wksh. itself.
