I have what seems like a simple setup but I am stuck.

I need to setup Vacation time to be accrued annually on the employees anniversary date.   I can get it to accrual in a lump sum on a specific date like January 1st but i can't get it to give a lump sum on the anniversary date.  There is also a waiting period of 1 year after which they get one week and then from there the accrual schedule should take over and give them the hours based on their seniority on their anniversary date.

I have it setup as follows.....

Accrual  for each tier

Accrue by Interval

#of hours .......based on seniority

#of days per interval ......365

Maximum accrual hour per year....  based on seniority

Time code

Type   Benefit

Accrual Period  ( have tried both Weekly and Annually)

Setup

accrue type HR

Seniority Based on Months

Any help would be appreciated.

    School director screens all School Administration Activities and give the course to do work. In this article, you indicated how School Manager engaged with Administration exercises. A few people who work in the Administration division are stress in the contribution of School director yet I believe it's useful for everybody.     I may need more detail to answer your question.  You can integrate PTO used from your timeclock system in your integration into transaction entry batch and then run a HR transaction reconcile in Utilites to update balances in the hours available Attendance time codes.  When you set up your timecodes you link them to the pay codes.  As far as accruals, do they earn accruals on hours worked, intervals or another way?  I would be happy to assist.

    Hi Monica

    my client is using a clocking system so i would like to know if its possible to do attendance setup in that regards,also they are not paid on hourly basis they have fixed salaries and the leave module is not maintained in GP.Please assist

    When you assign the time code to the employee you enter their next accrual date to be a year from their date of hire.  When you have the accrual period set up weekly, you run the accrual each week and the system gives hours to the employees that have an anniversary date that week.
