I have what seems like a simple setup but I am stuck.
I need to setup Vacation time to be accrued annually on the employees anniversary date. I can get it to accrual in a lump sum on a specific date like January 1st but i can't get it to give a lump sum on the anniversary date. There is also a waiting period of 1 year after which they get one week and then from there the accrual schedule should take over and give them the hours based on their seniority on their anniversary date.
I have it setup as follows.....
Accrual for each tier
Accrue by Interval
#of hours .......based on seniority
#of days per interval ......365
Maximum accrual hour per year.... based on seniority
Time code
Type Benefit
Accrual Period ( have tried both Weekly and Annually)
Setup
accrue type HR
Seniority Based on Months
Any help would be appreciated.
