Tracked emails not showing as tracked in Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

Received emails and being tracked automatically. Sent emails are being tracked manually. After a while, some of them are no longer showing as tracked in Outlook but they still exist in CRM.

    Hi partner,

    In addition to the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook showing whether it is tracked, does the email itself have a category tag for Tracked To Dynamic 365? Is it the same tracking result as Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?
