Hi ,

I try to upload new cost center via Data Import Export Framework but I am receiving following error: Could not process the lookupRecord value on the Args instance. The table 'DMFDefinitionGroupExecution' does not exist as a root FormDataSource for the form 'DMFStagingLogDetails

Does anyone know what that means and if it any other way do perform this task like excel add in, maybe. In that case I need about table that should be involved.

HI Kacper,

At what exact moment do you get this error? What steps have you done to reproduce this? What data entity are you using? A standard or custom(ized) one?

Hi Andre,

Get staging data-Run - Batch and after that the error log is coming:

1. '0' 'Dimension' record(s) inserted in staging

2. For additional warnings or errors, please check the log

3. Could not process the lookupRecord value on the Args instance. The table 'DMFDefinitionGroupExecution' does not exist as a root FormDataSource for the form 'DMFStagingLogDetails'.

I think the table you would want to use in the Excel Add-in is "OMOperatingUnit"

Hi , thank you very much. Do you know which table should be used for other dimension like project or country?

I must say that I am facing an issue with party id when I upload data, how do you select it?

Can you elaborate what you're trying to do? My assumption was you need to upload cost centers directly to the table but now you mention dimensions, are you trying to upload dimensions? if yes then are you uploading them on a specific form or just trying to upload dimension values?

Hi,

yes, that is correct but beside cost center I need to upload another dimensions. I need to upload just only dimension value.

let me know the name of other dimension you want to upload if there's a relation to Party ID, you might want to use the DirParty table to populate the values inside the table and continue from the last value. I.e. if the Party.ID = 100199 you can assign 100200 onwards on the dimension value table (i.e Country or Project).

can you confirm if these are default or custom? I don't recall country being available in the default dimension list of value.

I am sorry but I don't understand what you mean. On GL-Set-Financial Dimensions-Financial Dimensions I created a new dimension called country and I provided dimension values.
