Hey,
I am modifying some GP reports and intend to fix the decimal digits up to 2 places only where as in current senario we can see its up to 3/4 digits.
how to reduce the places of digits?

We want to be have 2 decimals in all reports and will be best to fix with item master table so we can see the all quantities and currency values in 2 decimals. so please advise how to do that?

thanks for your time as well. yeah do try from that area as well and decimals field filled up with 2 but it did not work and i think u are right need to adjust from format selection.

Hi Zee,
In GP Report Writer this is handled by the field formatting options... you can chose for the currency fields various length of digits... Can't remember the exact format name, but it shouldn't difficult to figure out. Another option would be to use a calculated field where you truncate the excessive numbers after the 2 decimals...

So you are just modifiying the reports? Or you want to change GP items to only be 2 digits? If only reports, there will be some rounding to take into account.
