I have a very important question. why MSD create a default team for every business unit?
what is its advantage or usage?
prior to CRM 2011 there was not such a thing and why microsoft add this feature to MSD?

All the users who are part of the business unit will be member of the default business unit team and system automatically adds/removes users as users added to the BU or removed from.
Whenever you give access level for an entity business Unit level for a security role , which means all user assigned that security role can see the records which created under this BU. So now if you moved the records in different business unit owner , the user in the old BU having BU level access can not see the records. Internally it's basically assigned the records to the default BU team user. Default team can not be deleted as it's created by systems for internal use as well.
Default team only holds the user which is under that BU. But if you create new custom team you can add multiple BU user in that team.
